Most residents think this park is too dark at night and no features before. The church is not connected to the environment, so they used a highly reflective material, let the reflection of light spread all over the park. Residents also said that the starry sky here is very beautiful, and jokingly said can put the starry sky into the church. They calculate light angle, let the church become galaxy. Now both residents and tourists will enter the park and inside the church dance, take pictures with music and enjoy the romantic atmosphere here. Most people come here at night.

We used nearly 300,000 pieces of small glass and use 101 pieces lighting the make the church different. The Lighting control by DMX Art-Net System.
Design Challenge
How to connect with this beautiful building in terms of texture . How to break through the existing body, make the heavy structure light and not crushed. In the Park, during the day is a place where the sun shines brightly, in the evening there is a beautiful sunset and relaxing sea breeze, and there is a beautiful starry sky at night. How to coexist with the natural beauty during the day and night, And how to use the sun,the win and the sky in the night .
Project Duration
From July 24, 2020 to July 24, 2021 in Chia Yi,Taiwan
Operation Flow
Every hour we present a light show with a romantic music .(Shadow 2) Let the people , whether outside or inside of the church, can have a romantic waltz . The lighting design we create an immersive performance space , during the show people can walk inside the church , to feel relax , romantic and immersive experience here. We create the sound , lighting and smoke around the speace.
Research
We get the basic information from the website first . Then we Interviewed local residents , their basic treatment of high heels church. We check the design before , which designs have disadvantages and which designs are good . We analyzed the light , the win , landscape vision , especially the combination of every angle of sight and surrounding buildings.
Inspiration
For present galaxy.We use same material glass to connect with this church.Use 300K pieces glass and 101 pieces lightings to decorated structure.Sun shines will give dazzling light flash.Calculated the weight let win blows the glass will move naturally.At night,calculate light angle,the whole church present galaxy vision.The light spots make the heavy structural more light.Every hour we present a light show with a romantic music. People whether outside or inside can have a romantic waltz
