Keyt is a simple toy, fun and exciting activity that inspired by lock and key. By turning the key and the rings inside the lock and the coordination created between them, the key passes through all the rings inside the lock and is placed inside the lock and procedure is also performed when removing the key from the lock. This placement of the key in the lock increases concentration in children and helps eye-hand coordination.

Unique Properties
Keyt is a simple toy that acts like a lock and key. But here the key Do not fit inside the lock by pulling or pushing, Rather all the teeth must pass through all the rings to fit into the lock. This can be done by rotating the Key and the rings inside the lock and coordinating between them.(The rings inside the lock are free and rotate easily.) This procedure is also performed when removing the key from the lock, and the same procedure must be followed when removing the key.

Design Challenge
How to get the key into the lock and challenge these steps was an important part of designing this product. Keeping the rings inside the body was an important design challenge because At first the rings inside the lock were get out, But in the end, by creating curvature in the bars and placing 4 bars around, the rings were prevented from coming out.
Project Duration
The project started in April 2020 and end in May 2020 in Esfarayen City .
Operation Flow
keyt is a fun and exciting activity. Children try to pass the key through the rings by turning the rings and the key, and this is done from passing the first ring to the last ring. These steps are also taken to remove the key. This operation can be done on both sides of the body. This process can be done competitively and within the specified time. Children try to turning the rings and keys and position them so that the key can pass through the rings, and this process can increase the focus in children and help eye-hand coordination. It can also helps improve fine motor skills.
Research
The goals of this product are to entertain children together and to create a competitive and collective environment. That is, putting the key inside the lock can be timed and competitive and enhances the excitement of the game. A lot of tests and implementations were made to get the best results. An initial replica of the product was made and potential flaws were identified. At first the rings inside the lock were get out, but the rings were restrained by changing the shape of the 4 bars around the lock. The key`s teeth are all the same, but by rotating them on the key body they have been challenged to cross the rings.
Inspiration
"Keyt" is inspired by a lock and key. In fact, the lock does not open or close, but the key is placed inside the lock by performing steps. This can increase focus in children and help with eye-hand coordination.
