The body of the horse is made of plastic, the pedal platform is made of wood, the structural frame is made of metal and the saddle is made of leather. Motion principle: the microcomputer transmits the signal to the servo controller, which receives and processes the signal and controls the four linear actuators. The four linear actuators move respectively to simulate various movements of the bionic robot horse.
It needs to be calibrated constantly with real horses running to achieve the accuracy of the simulation. Bionic design should make users immediately associate with equestrian sports, and retain saddle, stirrup, rein and other elements unique to equestrian sports in the structure Restore the riding experience while achieving the minimum footprint, structural stability and safety. At the same time, retain equestrian through rein, feet, riding to control the movement of equipment function.
The project started in Beijing in October 2018 and completed in March 2020. It operates in many equestrian venues, shopping malls and gyms.
After getting on the horse, users can follow the video guidance to teach themselves or be guided by professional coaches. It can predict the action, the coach can stop the horse with one button. Once a sudden accident happens, students can stop the horse immediately by patting it. For beginners, this product is safer, more convenient, and easy to use.
The bionic robot horse combines the innovative technology of artificial intelligence, bionics, human engineering and other fields to collect the movement data of the real horse, convert them into electronic signals, and present them in bionic robot horse. Then, the details of the movements are constantly adjusted to get close to the feeling of the real horse. It can execute action commands stably and indiscriminately, and helps the equestrian club to improve the overall operation capacity.
