Production Technology
It includes the world's smallest micro-fluidics and spectral sensors to provide real-time water quality data. The integrated design perfectly combines the monitoring cavity, operation control panel, and display panel of the equipment, which is more convenient for users to operate.
Design Challenge
It is the first water purifier integrating water purification, instant heating, UV sterilization, water quality monitoring, mobile control system. Some water purifiers in the market have a TDS detection function, but a single TDS index cannot effectively reflect the water quality. This water purifier is the only one that combines multiple water quality detection indexes and adopts the company's core patented water quality monitoring technology, integrating various indexes into one device further to monitor the safety of users' drinking water.
Project Duration
The project started in October 2019 in China and finished in February 2022, and was released in China e in March 2022.
Operation Flow
The countertop water purifier is a multifunctional installation-free water purifier integrating water purification, instant heating, UV sterilization, and water quality monitoring. Powerful three-stage RO reverses osmosis filtration technology delivers high-quality filtration, usually found only in the complex under-counter systems. Realize 1-second instant heating, 1degree temperature control using the fifth-generation thermal technology. Users enjoy the quick experience of making milk, tea, and coffee at any time. With this water purifier, users can drink clean and safe drinking water and adjust their favorite temperature at will.
Research
The series of new technologies with independent intellectual property rights has dramatically reduced the device cost, reaching 1/40 of the original price, making it possible for products to deploy water quality monitoring nodes on a large scale. At the same time, it also provides a complete set of water quality monitoring solutions such as APP software based on mobile Internet and early warning terminal software based on cloud computing and big data. The use of advanced technologies helps to make features like receiving pollution alerts and automated and updates device status, also review data history and analysis report remotely.
Inspiration
With the increasingly severe water pollution, people pay more attention to drinking water safety. However, a professional inspection is difficult to be applied to civil products in terms of immediacy or labor cost. Therefore, we want to combine our unique multi-index online water quality monitoring technology with water purification equipment and provide household equipment that integrates water purification and monitoring so that every family can relax and enjoy healthy water.
