The pillow has a triple sleep system made up of springs, natural latex and elastic fibers,which provides flexibility, support and stress relief. It can adjust according to the sleeping position and weight of human body, and plays a support, traction and pressure release role for the cervical spine, reducing the probability of sleep problems like stiff neck, snoring. Besides, it also has three scientific partitions, antibacterial and anti mite function, sweat absorption and breathable effect to further ensure the healthy and comfortable sleep experience.
Separate single bag spring, natural latex, Polar series elastic fiber, hollow spiral breathable system, antibacterial and anti mite
Be made of carbon steel wire, the spring makes 6.5 turns and the 50mm diameter make it softer than conventional springs. Natural latex achieved 90 percent high content and density by Dunlop process. Polar elastic fibers are composed of polylactic acid, polyamide and German thermostatic fibers, which are antibacterial and anti mite, soft and comfortable, and maintain the constant intracranial temperature. Pillowcases are made of medical grade allergy resistant fabric certified by OEKO-TEX100.
The difficulty is to solve the abnormal sound and bacteria breeding caused by oxidation and dampness of spring wire. To keep silent, the design team creatively adopts the separate single bags to make 60 mini springs wrapped without any friction by independent nonwoven bags. Meanwhile, the bag is made of moisture absorbing fiber to avoid bacteria breeding in the spring caused by moisture. This not only creates a high quality sleeping environment, but also effectively prolongs the service life.
The product development project was launched in early 2022 and launched in China in February 2023 after 278 days of research and development.
Thanks to the spring, flexible support of natural latex and wide surface design, the product dynamically matches different sleeping positions, and even the edge could provide adequate support for the shoulder and neck. In addition, the spiral pipe structure of the spring, breathable fiber layer and latex layer together form a three-dimensional hollow spiral breathable system, which not only has antibacterial and anti mite effect, but also can create a clean and refreshing sleeping environment.
In the partition design, the spring heights of cervical traction area, head support area and pressure relief area are 7cm, 5cm and 7cm respectively, and the spring wire diametric are 1.3mm, 1.0mm and 1.3mm respectively, which can enable normal adults to fit the pillow to the cervical spine at a height of 7 to 8cm and the pillow to the head at a height of 5 to 6cm when sleeping. Thus, keep the head and neck in the best state of pressure relief, promote nasal air circulation and reduce snoring.
Inspired by Hooke Law and spring mattress, the design team creatively integrated the spring into the design of latex pillow, to break the industry problem of limited function due to single material of traditional functional pillows. It also provides users with a new, both supportive and soft sleep pillow from the softness, height, pressure relief three dimensions, and help to solve sleep problems such as stiff neck and snoring.
