The energy storage module adopts a high rate lithium iron phosphate battery core with longer cycle life,higher safety and environmental protection,which prolongs the products' service life.The solar panel adopts the etfe lamination process so that the eva layer is densely covered with a honeycomb structure with a light trapping effect,which can effectively reduce light reflection and improve power generation efficiency.
Challenge:Further maximize the light charging efficiency under the integrated design of pv ess.Mode:Put more solar panels by folding,and push the built-in connecting rod motors around to increase the light receiving area of photovoltaic panels as much as possible.Using the light-tracking sensor to detect the illumination angle,the steering angle of the wheel and the mechanical arm are automatically calculated and turned in two dimensions,thus achieving higher light charging efficiency.
The project started in Shenzhen in November 2022 and was completed in Shenzhen in February 2023,with a patent application for the appearance completed in February 2023.
The top has six photovoltaic panels,which are pushed around by connecting rod motors,and then locate the best sunlight irradiation angle using the light-tracking sensor.The mechanical arm cooperates with the wheels to realize position tracking and fast power storage.When users need electricity,the laser radar and camera module can obtain more accurate and complete environmental information,easily complete outdoor obstacle avoidance and independently plan the route to the destination.
