As with every piece of Seym Glass Studio, Stellata is handcrafted, not molded. This piece is an original design with a story. It is produced with 100% handmade blown glass technique. No other material other than glass is used. The design can be used for decorative purposes and will change the atmosphere of the environment. As with every product, it is handmade and unique to its owner, which makes the person feel special. It is inspired by the stars with its color transitions and transparency. Each sphere has different sizes and color transitions, each uniquely positioned like stars in the sky.

Design Challenge
In the design, the sphere shape was blown one by one by giving different color transitions and dimensions. It was kept in the oven overnight to ensure heat balance and cool down. Then it was determined which sphere shape would be placed where. The spheres were also subjected to other processes to make them stick to each other better and to correct the shape. Finally, they were glued together using a special adhesive and the logo was printed.
Project Duration
The design started to be conceived in 2021. In 2022, it started to be exhibited in Istanbul/Turkey. It is currently being sold on the website and exhibited in the showroom under the brand name Seym Glass Studio. In addition, the brand has showcases in Mandarin Oriental Istanbul and Bodrum.
Operation Flow
It will become an indispensable piece for those who love design products, follow original textures and respect handicraft. It is a piece that those who are interested in interior design and care about the decoration of their home will want to own.
Research
Before this design, the brand researched a lot of glass workshops and glass brands. Many pieces were produced with the glass blowing technique. Then, with the excitement of the laboriously produced glass, this design emerged with colors reminiscent of the Milky Way, shining like the stars shining in the night sky.
Inspiration
Elemenduo Collection, the first collection of the brand, takes its inspiration from a story full of mythological elements. Stellata, one of the twelve main characters born from the combination of earth and sky, gives its name to this design. STELLATA piece is inspired by the stars shining in the night sky. It reminds the Milky Way with its colours and harmony. It brings the stories of the stars to your living spaces. Its elegant design and mesmerising texture create a mystical atmosphere.
