Production Technology
The surface, polished and sprayed with the paint and oil, boasts a sleek and elegant texture. The integrated water circuit supports RO membranes of various specifications, to meet diverse water output needs. The integrated faucet is safe and aesthetically pleasing.
Design Challenge
The challenge was to meet the demand of users for high quality water. The efficient filtration design of the product greatly increases the filtering accuracy, ensuring the quality of the water. Through IoT technology, users can monitor the product status, filter life, water quality, etc., with the cloud simultaneously achieving remote monitoring and control. Additionally, the integrated water circuit better meets diverse water output needs.
Project Duration
This product was designed in 2022 in the USA, and will be launched in April, 2024 in China
Operation Flow
The faucet loaded with a TFT screen allows for easy access to cold or hot water at night, without turning on the lights. The threaded self locking snap on filter cartridge offers double protection to effectively prevent water leakage. Users can monitor the product status via their smartphones, remotely turn off the product to avoid potential water leakage risks, or activate it in advance for flushing to ensure immediate access to pure water upon returning home.
Research
Untreated water may has bacteria, chemicals, heavy metals, etc., harmful to human health. Conventional water systems feature poor taste and quality of water. This product uses 3 filter cartridges for 4 stage filtration. It enables cold or hot water output and supports instant heating. Users can adjust water output and temperature, which avoids the problem of hot water turning cold in winter. This meets various drinking needs of preparing milk powder, brewing coffee, making soup, cooking, etc.
