Production Technology

The DVerse Sink System is crafted from premium materials such as solid surface Corian, marble, and granite, customizable per client specifications. Employing advanced fabrication techniques, the system is precision-engineered to ensure seamless integration and durability. The choice of materials provides superior aesthetic appeal while aligning with our commitment to sustainability and design innovation. This approach allows for a tailored fit to any architectural style or design theme.

Design Challenge

The creative challenge for the DVerse sink system was balancing complete customization with functionality to meet architects' and designers' needs. Overcoming these challenges, we designed a basin that directs water away from the user, preventing floor spills, and incorporated touch-free fixtures for improved hygiene. The project harmonized aesthetics with hygiene, addressing the main issues of water control and cleanliness while offering full customization.

Project Duration

This project started in October 2022 in East Longmeadow, MA and finished in September 2023 in East Longmeadow, MA and was featured for the first time at the ARC Interiors Trade Show in San Antonio, TX in September 2023.

Operation Flow

The DVerse Sink System Featuring the XLERATORsync Hand Dryer offers a seamless, no-touch operation from left to right, integrating high-efficiency fixtures for washing and drying hands in one place, leaving no water on the floor while ensuring optimal hygiene and convenience. The customizable design allow architects to transform restroom aesthetics, providing an ultimate user experience. This innovative approach elevates restroom functionality while aligning with modern design preferences.

Research

In our research on the DVerse Sink System featuring the XLERATORsync, we aimed to meet architects' demands for unobtrusive, efficient restroom solutions. We uncovered a preference for below-sight-line solutions as opposed to traditional wall-mounted dryers, which are often deemed unattractive. The results informed the sink system's design incorporating hand washing and drying into one aesthetically pleasing system, setting new standards for restroom design and functionality.

Inspiration

The DVerse Sink System was inspired by the need to offer architects and designers with versatile options that align with their creative visions for restroom designs. Motivated by enhancing aesthetics and functionality, research into airflow dynamics led to the XLERATORsync's unique feature that directs water away from users and into the basin, ensuring cleanliness and safety by minimizing slipping hazards. This innovation represents a harmonious blend of form, function, and safety.
