Anthracite faux-leather surface ,which emphasizes the form and style, creates a dramatic effect. High and gold detailed metal legs under the base enables easy cleaning of the floor beneath. All these design features contribute to easy usage & hygiene and style of the product.

Unique Properties
Dorian Headboard&Base has special leather sewing details. The front surface of the headboard is quilted, the back surface has a flat leather material, there is a piping detail at the point where the two surfaces meet. There are two gold detailed metal legs under the base. It provides comfort and a distinguished combination with all these materials and visual features. The front part of the base product with special leather stitching has two pieces of gold detailed RAL7043 painted metal legs.

Production Technology
The front surface of the Dorian headboard is quilted, the back surface has a flat leather material stitch, there is a piping detail at the point where the two surfaces meet. The front part of the base product with special leather stitching has two pieces of gold detailed RAL7043 painted metal legs to ensure ground clearance. It has unique and differentiating features. The product dimensions were produced in several widths (1500-1600-1800-2000 mm) in order to adapt to spaces of different sizes. For different markets (to be a global product), considering the consumption habits of each culture, its dimensions were adapted.
Project Duration
The design of the project started in September 2019, the first sketch and rendering was done in December 2019, the first prototype was made in February 2020, and it was put on sale in June 2020.
Operation Flow
Anthracite faux-leather is used for a more dramatic effect, emphasizing the form and style of Dorian Headboard&Base. This provides ease of use and hygiene for the user and adds value to the style of the product. Special stitching on the headboard made the product more attractive in the eye of the user. The headboard with is ergonomic back leaning angle provides the opportunity to read books, etc. In this meaning, it is design not only functions while sleeping but also new activities before sleeping with its unique form.

Dorian Headboard and Base has been a Bronze winner in the Furniture Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
