Production Technology

The shells are made of medical silicone and advanced ABS, which are very environmentally friendly. The manufacturing process of plastic parts is injection molding, which includes advanced double colors injection molding . It's very convenient to assemble with snap-fit and metal screw. Electronic components are international standard , which are easily available on the Internet. Therefore, the costs of raw materials and manufacturing can be controlled, and the products can be standardized.

Design Challenge

1.Technology:Through patent technology to achieve the desired photothermal and photochemical effect. 2.Small size:Through the precise design of the light angle, we get a large range of illumination, which makes the design more slender,so it wearing comfort. 3.Manufacturability:It will change the shape when working,so we need to design flexible materials and flexible circuits. 4.Human factor: It combined with art and ergonomics,reflects technology and women's elegance,honorable and mystery.

Project Duration

The project started in August 2020 and was completed in February 2021,in Beijing,China.

Operation Flow

Luna-lux is free your hands for other tasks , you can use it at home, in the workplace or even in a travel. The ergonomic design provides a luxury user experience. You can wear it like a neck ornament, which is very fashionable and comfortable.Use it for half an hour every day for 7 weeks, and it will have effect.

Research

It adopts the patented optical technology of high-purity, high-precision, high-uniformity and high-energy density, which can produce strong photothermal and photochemical effect, so as to effectively stimulate the blood circulation , stimulate the activity of protease and improve the repair ability of cellular structure.

Inspiration

This is a product specially designed for women. The inspiration is to improve the blood circulation and cell activity of the neck through the light energy technology, and combine with the functions of hot compress and massage.
