Production Technology

Design Challenge

The project's main research challenge is that the product coverage of objects of intelligent measurement technology. Because has certain difficulty in the production, so need to constantly adjusted. In order to more accurately control, drying and sterilization.

Project Duration

The project started in December 2019 in shenyang, liaoning province in China and to carry on the design concept and research and development, is still in the implementation.

Operation Flow

Disinfection of the handling is very easy, mainly through product touch interface to complete. Press the switch button, can to timing products. Within the scope of the time, the product will be automatically for drying and disinfection treatment, a towel or clothing. Set time, the product will shut down automatically using state, complete the tasks of the operation.

Research

The project research, disinfect the bathroom products, make the person the body get rid of the bacteria breeding of damp environment problems. Through research, when after the bath, the body pores amplification, wet towel more easily into the skin, the bacteria and inflammation. Through the market survey found that a large part of proportion, the bathroom damp problems. Therefore, through the study and formulate the design plan. Is through the drying and sterilization technology, get rid of the problems of wet towel. After continuous experiment, has a significant effect.

Inspiration

Main idea is that because the towel to dry in wet or humid environment, long-term wet state could easily lead to mold and bacteria growth, if do not pay attention to change, it is easy to cause skin disease after contact with skin. So, this kind of aseptic frame mainly for towel drying and disinfection to design. The treated soft towel dry and health, can provide good skin touch experience.

Project Overview

Health Guardian Degerming Shelf has been a Iron winner in the Bathroom Furniture and Sanitary Ware Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
