Its photoelectric conversion rate is as high as 24%, and the solar generator has 1800W power and 1500wh capacity. The solar panels can be connected in parallel to improve power generation efficiency, and it is IP67 waterproof. The energy storage module uses a 94V-0 fireproof shell. The machine with built-in electric vehicle-grade power battery has passed the UN38.3 shockproof test, which is drop-proof, drop-proof and is resistant to wind and sand. It uses the ETFE packaging material.

The energy storage module uses a 94V-0 fireproof shell. The machine with built-in electric vehicle-grade power battery has passed the UN38.3 shockproof test, which is drop-proof, drop-proof and is resistant to wind and sand, ensuring a stable current output. The Solar panels uses the ETFE packaging material.
Main challenges1, heat dissipation, wind noise, temperature control of inverter 2, Drop reliability. 1, We use the intelligent temperature control system to automatically adjust the fan speed, and we optimize the layout of the heat sink aluminum sheet, air ducts and other structures to form a cycle, reducing noise and improving heat conduction efficiency. 2, Through the aluminum edges and silicone corner on the outside of the solar panel, the energy storage module’s self-tapping screws are changed to in-mold injection copper nuts, and the machine is assembled and fastened with screws to solve the problem of drop reliability.
The project started in 2020 in Shenzhen and will finish in March 2021 in Shenzhen.
The solar generator is compatible with 99% of common electrical appliances, which is suitable for various scenes such as outing, outdoor work, etc. It is equipped with a high-definition LCD screen. Sinusoidal current output is able to protect electrical appliances effectively. It adopts six safety protections and intelligent temperature control to dissipate heat, coupled with the independent switch of output and rubber dust plug, which is safer and more convenient to use.

As the core green energy, the solar energy generates power directly, which is more convenient and efficient than other green energy such as wind energy. The product has passed 6 categories of test items, 9 quality test procedures, and complies with UL safety testing standards, coupled with the self-developed BMS battery management system and automatic testing equipment to ensure user safety.
