Production Technology

The design adopts a double-layer structure, through the applicability of medical breathable tape,organosilicon release film,composite material; After researching and testing the stripping force and adhesive force, the medical cotton tablets soaked in iodine and the hemostatic pad are set separately between the release film to form a combined component. the first two layer nursing tape with the functions of iodophor disinfection and nursing hemostasis as one was developed. It can better provide guided,timely care for children, meet the user experience and the emergency needs of more people.

Operation Flow

①We only need to tear open the composite material of the double-layer care patch and take out the disinfecting cotton pad to disinfect the skin and wounds at early stage, reducing the risk of infection. ②Tear open the organosilicon release film, paste the medical breathable tape on the wound to bandage and stop bleeding, complete the basic treatment. It can better provide guided,timely care for children, meet the user experience and the emergency needs of more people.

Research

Functional system for wound care is an iterative upgrade of the traditional Band Aid. Starting from the very beginning of the problem, through the research and analysis of children's daily nursing methods and nursing needs,experience, screening,testing,evaluation of material and functional needs, the first two-layer nursing tape with the functions of iodophor disinfection and nursing hemostasis as one was developed. It can better provide guided,timely care for children, meet the user experience and the emergency needs of more people. which have differentiated competitive advantages comparing with traditional Band Aids.
