Production Technology
Bamboo joint consists of environmentally friendly solid wood panels, metal support rods and head knobs. The environmental protection sheet has holes, and the holes are equipped with rubber pads, which can strengthen the connection between the sheet and the metal support rod.
Design Challenge
The biggest challenge in the process of realization and research is to solve the furniture design of small-sized residential families and renters in the current Internet shopping environment. In addition, we must focus on environmental protection and rational recycling of resources. Provide users with more possibilities at low cost.
Project Duration
The project started in Shenzhen in February 2021 and finished in Shenzhen in July 2021.
Operation Flow
Insert the 4 support rods into the pre-drilled holes of the laminate and press them firmly. The number of laminates can be installed according to the needs. And users can DIY and assemble them according to the space and functional requirements of the house.

In the current social environment, small-sized houses and renting houses have become the choice of many young people. With the development of the Internet, flat-packed furniture is also an inevitable development trend, which can realize the standardization and scale of product production and reduce the cost of warehousing and logistics. Inspiration
The bamboo joint design is inspired by the bamboo joints. The bamboo joints are exposed, and the bamboo is slightly elevated, and it is born with joints, which is regarded as a symbol of integrity. Bamboo is known as the gentleman of bamboo in China. The ancient Chinese poet Su Shi loved bamboo and wrote: It is better to eat without meat than to live without bamboo.
