Offering spacious and comfortable living spaces, with this design structure, has features that are not found in any boat of this class. Functional solutions such as the transom seating group facing the sea, the ladder from the fly bridge to the front platform, the exit door from the saloon to the front platform, the 'front landing ladder to the water' are gathered in Volcat43. These features makes her very functional power catamaran.

Offering spacious and comfortable living spaces, Volcat 43, with this design structure, has features that are not found in any boat of this class in the world. Functional solutions such as the rear platform seating group facing the sea, the landing ladder from the upper bridge to the front platform, the exit door from the saloon to the front platform, the front landing ladder and the boat garage are gathered in a single body.

Production Technology
Mass production body molds produced with the robotic system by Hexagon Studio and has been produced by world standards with zero mistake. Thanks to her new generation engine, the Volvo IPS-600, the Volcat 43 provides up to 25% fuel savings compared to other boats, and shows an environmentally friendly structure with up to 39% less fuel emissions and the lowest noise/vibration ratio. Her propellers can be rotated 360 degrees with joystick control therefore provide balanced and easy maneuverability in all directions.
Design Challenge
The hardest part was having a maximum capacity of functionality system and a special garage in a 12 meters motor yacht. Volcat 43 has 2 entrance to saloon both from bow and transom, 2 entrance to fly bridge both bow and transom, having a dingy garage to hide the daily tender boat. All these functions are making volcat 43 very high and keeping her far from the design aesthetic. The hardest part was keep these functions and keeping her beauty in a successfully combined and synthesized project. To understand her success, it is very important to examine similar lenght power catamarans.

Operation Flow
Volcat 43 is the first power catamaran has private garage for 3 meters daily boat in similer lenght power catamarans. Research
Catamarans are like the hammer of the sea, they are very balanced and have a large area due to their structure. It is aimed to give a solid effect by taking inspiration from the powerful engines/tanks. Functionality and general arrangements are at the top of the requests from Volant Yacht, I started the design with the general arrangements. Afterwards, our client decided the design out of about 5 different designs. After, 3D modeling and engineering studies were started. After the engineering studies were completed, the production started. The models were processed with zero errors on the CNC machine. She is currently under construction now.
Inspiration
Volcat 43 is inspired by next generation vision. Clean white interior style brings futuristic opinion and her exterior is also very solid to remind timeless looking. Her style and the functions are very sensitive combine that the owner and guests having completely top comfortable functionally system in the sea life.
