Production Technology
Its surface adopts the painting method of piano black paint + finishing bright surface,highlighting tough lines of the shape, which is sporty. The LED plug-in unit and the wheels are perfectly integrated: the plug-in has a clear line of shape, reflecting the curviness; the shape of wheels a rigid and flexible combination with strong integrity. In addition, the images displayed on the wheels can change with the vehicle speed, which can meeting consumers' individual needs.
Operation Flow
The speed self-adaptive matching algorithm is adopted, which can accurately sense the acceleration and angular velocity of the wheel when rotating. Based on this, the dynamic control of LED image display can be completed-when it's below 20km/ h, displaying the flowing water light, and displaying 3D images when it's at 20km/h and above, realizing the deep integration of wheel hub design and advanced electronic information technologies.

In recent years, in the face of the new four modernizations, giving more value to the wheel has become an important topic.

Smart Display Wheel has been a Silver winner in the Vehicle Parts, Auto Accessories and Care Products Design award category in the year 2022 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
