In the design process, the most important consideration is how to integrate the controller without affecting the integrity of the whole. The expectation of IN-VR Impression is that users can experience VR more quickly and easily. The part of design display is often less than expected. It is found that users often cannot find the controller during the use of VR devices. After using it, they are puzzled about how to store it. In order to solve these two problems, the designer formally developed products like IN-VR Impression.
It was the project that started in Shanghai in March 2022 and completed in Shanghai in November 2022. It has not been officially exhibited yet.
IN-VR Impression is a desktop VR. This interactive mode allows users to no longer wear heavy VR devices. It is suitable for users to use it for a long time. It can also provide excellent VR experience for people with mobility difficulties. At present, VR devices are complex to wear and unfriendly to some vulnerable groups. The market needs a lightweight VR product that allows users to experience for a long time and better integrate life and work into the virtual world.
Fact interviews and records were conducted for users using VR devices, and problems encountered by some users in using VR devices were discussed to find the starting point of this design. When using VR devices, users need to spend some time preparing for use, finding controllers and cleaning. After a certain period of use, you need to take some rest. Store after use. Storage takes up part of the whole process, so we hope to design a product that is convenient for users to use quickly, and at the same time we hope to reduce the burden of users.

The IN-VR Impression is specially designed to solve these problems. The whole machine is folded and easy to place on the desktop. The controller is also stored on both sides of the product, which is easy to take out and use directly at any time. In the process of user experience, users can enter the VR experience more efficiently and quickly.
