Production Technology
The gas oven used in the product uses liquefied petroleum gas as the combustion material. The combustion value of liquefied petroleum gas is very high, it is reliable, and it is free of soot and odor, and it will not leak.
Design Challenge
This design process is difficult and tortuous, from the beginning of the idea, to the preliminary establishment of the scheme, with quite a long time, from carbon oven to gas oven; The project went through many iterations from the sketch to the model making. The basic framework of the whole project remained the same from the prototype to the final product. The concept of product portability ran through the whole design, and the final design concept was consistent with the original idea.
Project Duration
The project started in March 2022 in Zhengzhou and finished in June 2022 in Zhengzhou, and was exhibited in Zhengzhou in June 2022.
Operation Flow
It is simple to operate the product like a case which can be opened and closed.You can deal with the object by yourself and cook with friends and relatives.
Research
The epidemic era will come to an end one day. The product is designed with high safety and complete functions. It is hoped that with the portable picnic product, people can experience more outdoor sports, put down their mobile phones, and go to the countryside for a picnic with relatives and friends, and feel nature. I hope that contemporary young people can make delicious food with friends and relatives by themselves
Inspiration
After fully understanding the use form of the oven, I decided to start from the structure and function. The shape inspiration came from the fashionable suitcase. Combined with the folding structure of the suitcase, the suitcase shape matched with the structure characteristics of the existing carabinery oven pan, so as to achieve the characteristics of portability and lightness.
