Production Technology
This equipment was developed/created from simple concepts, the curves of beauty, combining the functionality of a very stable base with all the technology involved in protecting our customers and the efficiency of our ventilation. In this way, we created a unique device, with unique beauty and lots of technology combined with safety.
Design Challenge
The design itself was very challenging and the issue of incorporating innovative security systems contributed greatly to the choices made throughout the project.
Project Duration
The project had its concept presented in 1998, and remained in conceptual work until 2022, this stage is due to several changes in the company. In 2022 we started mold manufacturing and in 2024 the production of the same
Operation Flow
This device is the art of its state, its interaction is very simple. not requiring much attention. Having just one on and off button, this equipment is intuitive. When you turn this button, you have the colors green, for ventilation only, orange for ventilation with medium heating and red for total heating. in a simple and very effective way.
Research
For development, we seek to combine functionality with unique characteristics, not seen on the market, highlighting its real value and beauty along with its functionality, robustness and safety. This design seeks to combine all these characteristics, the fluidity of the air, and this state of movement, seeking something beautiful to see.
Inspiration
This equipment was inspired by the simple lines of life, the fluidity of air, the light, gentle warming movement contained in a breeze, a breeze of warm air that envelops and warms.

Aquecedor Qualitas Heating Fan has been a Iron winner in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Products Design award category in the year 2024 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
