Production Technology
Using the special elasticity of the fabric, the light is hidden by the wrapping and laser process, so that the product is more compact and does not affect the user's use. Metal slides are more reliable, smooth and durable. Headphone magnetic precision positioning, easy to operate. Bluetooth 5.0 chip, the signal is more stable, the battery is used longer, the noise reduction method of the two-way microphone is used to process the ambient sound, and the pickup is more precise and clearer!
Design Challenge
1. In order to ensure the smooth opening and closing of the sliding cover, the uniformity of the gap between the shell materials has undergone hundreds of trial and error trials. 2, for the comfort of long-wearing, taking into account better sound quality, after a lot of data and repeated experiments, designed an exclusive patented earplugs! 3, built-in wireless charging and charging output, can convert 800 mA to the phone in 35 minutes, while the limit space has built-in 2000 mAh battery.
Project Duration
The project began in Xiamen in May 2018 and was completed in Xiamen in March 2019. It was officially unveiled in the United States in May 2019, including the Indiegogo crowdfunding platform.
Operation Flow
Simply slipe with your thumb to open the box.Picking up earbuds, autopair quickly,which can stably connect with any mobile communication device shortly,simplifying the user's operation.Dual mic noise reduction technology ensures clear call quality,and support call different voice assistants.The earbuds are not easy to fall off during exercises and IPX6 water resistance.The built-in wireless charging output function of the charger can wirelessly charge the mobile phone by pressing the button.
Research
Comfortable to wear, anti-fall off, stable connection and premium sounding are the four most important elements of Tws earphones. By using GRAS artificial ears, AP electroacoustic tester & RF tester etc for constant measurement, prototyping and modification, we integrated PaMu Scroll with Qualcomm BT5.0, LDS antenna and dual-mic noise reduction to achive all those features while adding low battery consumption, aptX codec and low latency to lead the industry.

PaMu Slide Tws Earbuds is designed for simplicity. Innovative and smooth sliding experience, with the industry's first wireless charging output charging function, can provide emergency charging guarantee for mobile phones! The earplugs are not easy to fall off during exercise. With the built-in battery, you can listen to up to 10 hours of music, in addition to double wheat noise reduction, IPX6 waterproof and sweat-proof function.
