Production Technology

Design Challenge
The most difficult part of this design is how the design is combined with the later process, and the carving is clear and beautiful. When the mobile phone is out of power, you do not need to take the mobile phone down. You can insert it directly with the reserved charging cable port, which is convenient, fast and space saving. and the design incorporates the embedded design.It requires the entire hollowing out method to show the details of the sculpture.
Project Duration
The project was launched in Xi'an in July 2015. It started for three months from product design, sample production, improvement and final product production. The product was first listed in Chung Chi College in October 2015.
Operation Flow
Two wooden cards are inserted into each other to form a staggered bracket. The mobile phone is placed in the card slot. The card slot has a charging port, which can be directly charged. It can be used directly when not charging. It is also a beautiful desktop decoration art when not in use. Product.
Research
Mobile phones and tablets do not have a fixed pivot in the process of entertainment, and it is also one of the causes of cervical spondylosis in many people.The design works are located in Xi'an under the background of history, We hope that the design of the product should have unique visual effects and functionality. Therefore, we consider the traditional Chinese culture and architectural aesthetics, which is different from other modern mobile phone brackets.
Inspiration
My design is inspired by the fact that mobile phones are already part of modern life and people. There are more and more low-headed people. The mobile phone holder help more people to use their mobile phones more comfortably. Bow down, the mobile phone holder prevent the fatigue of the spine, and enjoy the convenience and fun of the mobile phone whenever and wherever.
