Unique Properties
Lays Signature is a brand experience with the singular mission to make potato chips sexy to what is rapidly becoming known as the me generation. This one-of-a-kind theatrical experience takes place at pop-up locations in exclusive retailers. At these mixology chip bars folks are treated to a live performance where unique flavors are hand-crafted right before their eyes.
Inspiration
Our challenge was to meet our future customers where they are. Which is out in the world having experiences. And on their phone posting about themselves. Our solution was to create a rich and multi-sensory experience that reimagine how people consume chips with Lays Signature. Its first installment at the exclusive department store, Lane Crawford.
Project Overview
PepsiCo Design and Innovation Food has been a Golden winner in the Event and Happening Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Gold A' Design Award is granted to designs that demonstrate a high level of innovation and a significant impact on their intended audience. Recognized as a major achievement by the A' Design Awards, these designs are characterized by their visionary approach and the exceptional skill of their creators.
