The product completes plant protection operations and homing through program control, and collects wind energy through its own rotor to complete self charging. 8 axis redundant design with adaptive power protection algorithm. The main body of the scarecrow is equipped with a sound system to disperse the birds around the farmland by playing the screams of birds, so as to protect the farmland while not harming the birds.

8 axis redundant design, adaptive power protection algorithm, pesticide spraying control technology, the main frame uses carbon fiber high temperature molding process, the link part uses 3 D printing titanium alloy, and the rotor and other parts use injection molding process.
Our challenge is to integrate form and function, taking into account the aesthetics of form and functionality.
The project started in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in September 2020 and ended in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in December 2020.
Use the set program to automatically complete the plant protection operation. After completion, it will use its own data cloud and GPS to accurately locate the location and stand by. During the waiting process, the charging module is connected to the docking column, the self charging is completed by collecting wind energy from its own rotor.
Scarecrow has an 8 axis redundant design, combined with an adaptive power protection algorithm, even if one axis fails during flight, it can maintain safe flight. The product comes with audio module, charging module and camera module. When the drone battery is full, the excess battery will be transferred to the docking pole.
So far, the food famine caused by the locust plague has been a problem that people all over the world are suffering. The source of the overall design of the Scarecrow is the abstract simplification of the organic form of the branches, and the fuselage and bracket adopt an integrated streamline form.
Scarecrow Plant Protection Drone has been a Iron winner in the Agricultural Tools, Farming Equipment and Machinery Design award category in the year 2020 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution. Recipients of the Iron A' Design Award are acknowledged for their practical innovations and contributions to their respective fields, providing solutions that improve quality of life and foster positive change.
