Different from the traditional engineering methods of desulfurization, It realizes product and modularity of the desulfurization process, thus to improve the efficiency of desulfurization, reduce the cost of production and use. Combined with intelligent technology, it unites the resources and uses them rationally to save electricity.

Production Technology

Wet desulfurization process, condensation demister, partial replacement, ultra-low emissions make the environmental protection engineering productization, lightweight and intelligent. The whole product uses 316L stainless steel, 3 groups of glass access doors.

Design Challenge

Research obstacle lies in solving the problem of the complexity and large footprint of traditional desulfurization tower projects, as well as the integration of absorption, reaction and demisting functions for the functional and modeling research. Now we have overcome the above problems and implemented mass production.

Project Duration

The project started in April 2021 at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts of Shenyang, Liaoning, China, and be completed and produced in October 2021.

Operation Flow

Sulphur-containing flue gas enters from both sides and the atomized desulfurizing slurry enters into the efficient mixing unit for desulfurizing reaction. The flue gas after reaction enters the primary dedusting and defogging unit, while the desulfurizing slurry enters the circulating pool. The gas is defogged and dusted by primary and advanced defogging units. When the flue gas discharge reaches the standard, the net flue gas is discharged from the middle.

Research

This is a product used in industrial gas desulfurization. It solves the problem that the traditional desulfurization tower project is complex and occupies too much land,it is a integration of new purification production of absorption, reaction and demisting function. It makes the work more efficient and energy saving. The SO2 emission from coal combustion is increasing, which brings serious harm to people's health. The product devotes to flue gas desulfurization, and give people a blue sky.

Inspiration

The idea is based on the existing serious air pollution to develop industry, and the fact that existing air purifiers in factories are too large and not customizable. In order to customize the product to meet the individual needs of each factory and more suitable size, we designed the product.

Project Overview

Desulfurization Module Gas Treatment Equipment has been a Bronze winner in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Products Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
