Coffee Table for Roberta Rampazzo
The table was designed to break the cold aspect of marble and bring an extra element, chosen by the user, who is invited to fill the gap with what is most important to him. It can be with books, flowers, with personal objects. With a contemporary and minimalist design but without leaving the emotion behind the designer always applies to her products. It shouldn't be forgotten that marble is a natural stone but is not always associated with nature and for this reason the designer used some flowers on it, enhancing this warm and natural look.

Inspired by nature the table aims to break the coldness of marble and bring an extra element, chosen by the user, who is invited to fill the gap with something very special. It can be with books, flowers, or a personal object. The design is modern and minimalist without leaving behind the emotional side that the designer always applies to her products. The table also plays with nature.

The marble plaques and the acrylic optional vase were cut at a forty five degrees angle and glued for non-division marks. The designer created a table to minimize the production process.
The table was designed to show the marble with different aspects, such as not as a cold material and not the usual use. the designer also added some emotional and natural elements to the project.
The project started in January 2022 in Sao Paulo and finished in March 2022
The marble was cut in angle for a better finishing and glued.
The research was carried out on what would be the best way to place the optional vase for the flowers, how it would affect and what the best material would be.
The inspiration was nature, as marble is a natural stone but many times it is only used as wall or floor covering. The designer wants to show a new perspective and bring a natural and emotional element to its design. She proposes to put some flowers in the optional acrylic vase but the user is invited to choose what fits better.
