Design Challenge
During the design process, I met the challenge choosing specific home appliance and tool that have motor in it. Then end up decide the module by the using scenario and the size of the motor it using.
Project Duration
The project started in November 2021 and finished in January 2022 in Taipei.
Operation Flow
Motor 1 uses the concept of changing magazines to design a modular motor that can be quickly installed, as well as a series of home appliances and garden tools, reducing the overproduction and long blank periods of use.
Research
The Human factor design and the way to install the modules have been done in generation of prototypes.

Project Overview
Motor 1 Green Home Appliance and Tool Set has been a Iron winner in the Sustainable Products, Projects and Green Design award category in the year 2022 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution.
