Production Technology
According to the design theme and story, design the characters, print the characters in 3D, make the grinding tools with silica gel, and finally pour in liquid wax, cool with cold water and demould. In the experiment, 58 types of paraffin were used, and the mixed proportion of beeswax and soybean wax was used in the finished product.
Design Challenge
Consumer psychology determines sales volume. Children's liking is not the only standard. Their mothers are the main purchasing groups. Their purchasing psychology is worth studying.
Project Duration
The project started in January 2019 at in fushun, liaoning province, China, and finished in July 2019 at in fushun, liaoning province China.
Operation Flow
Children decorate with hands, just like toys. Overall design of the suit, including birthday hat and other accessories. There are six roles in space travel: larey: astronaut, showing off, big eyes; Rilla: inventor, making his own spaceship; khaki: astronaut, carefree, like running; Smith: leader, experienced, beer belly; Maigey: astronaut, simple mind, surprised expression; Star: astronaut, big belly, tooth decay, fantasy.
Research
Nowadays, children's birthday has become the most important festival for families. Cakes and candles are necessary for birthday ceremonies. The market demand and usage of children's candles is huge, the style of market sales is single, the demand can't be met, so it has a good market development prospect. Candle production technology and process are relatively mature, with low investment cost and high profit.
Inspiration
Wax material is a local characteristic industry, selling raw materials for a long time. The local government has been looking for opportunities for wax products to create new products for the public through industrial design services. Electric light has replaced the function of candle lighting. At present, candles are used in ritual activities. Children's birthdays must be celebrated every year, the market demand is huge, and cultural product design is accepted by people.
