This product mainly uses medical absorbent cotton, degradable paper and medical iodine volt, which has a low cost and easy to process.
This is a band-aid with disinfectant function. The ingenious combination of disinfection and bandaging simplifies the use process and changes people's health concepts and safety awareness. The product is produced without any technical problems and subverts the traditional products. The next step is to get the product to market and get more people to understand and accept it.
The project began in January 2020 in Fushun, Liaoning Province, China, and ended in August 2020 in Fushun, Liaoning Province, China. The work was awarded the IF Design Talent Award(2020)in Germany. Silver Award of the 9th Taihu Award Dseign Competition. Exhibition at the 6th China (Wuxi) International Design Expo in November 2020.
Setrilized Band-AIDS, after opening the package and folding it, the disinfectant can be squeezed out to disinfect the wound, and then the bandage can be taken out for bandaging. It is more convenient, hygienic and safe to disinfect and bandage the wound at one time.
Band-aids on the market have a single function and need to be used separately with disinfectant. This is an original product design and has been patented. This product is jointly completed by designers and engineers. It is a university-enterprise cooperation project. It is an innovative product development and design based on the scientific research background and technical conditions of universities and colleges.
When people suffer minor skin trauma in the form of shallow cuts or abrasions, their first reaction is often to cover the wound with a Band-Aid to stop the bleeding. However, this simple treatment has a safety hazard, it allows bacteria on the surface of the wound to penetrate into the subcutaneous tissue and causes infection.
