The aluminum alloy pan body is processed by a one-piece die-casting technique. There is a magnetic conductive plate at the bottom of the pan that can be used in both the induction cooker and open flames. The internal coating is made of American Whitford medical stone minerals and antibacterial materials. No smoke will be generated during use to ensure the original flavors of food. And no bacteria will grow when the pan is put away. It is easier to clean with its ceramic external coating.
We chose the die-casting technique to get a rounder pan shape for a more perfect presentation and restoration of the product shape. We modified the abrasive tools many times, so as to make the pan rubber ring fit the glass lid more closely without glue and make it easy to clean. We drew up designs and selected the colors repeatedly just to find the satisfactory one.
The project started in Hangzhou in April 2020 and was completed in August 2020.
The liquid-diverting outlet with the silica gel platinum ring creates an airtight environment that food can be simmered thoroughly for babies to digest. By simply turning the lid, the air-out can be realized to avoid overflowing. The tempered glass lid makes the cooking process visible to users. With the liquid-diverting spout, the stockpot allows for an easy pouring-out. Processed with silicate paint spraying, the bakelite handle is high heat-resistant and anti-scald, and has a softer touch.
Based on the market research, only pans with a diameter of 18cm and above can meet the daily cooking needs of complementary food. Babies always eat complementary food from 6 months to 2 years old, therefore the internal coating is designed to be thicker to ensure that the service life of the product is long enough to cover this period. And colors that are more suitable for children's nature are also picked out according to their visual development.
Since babies have low immunity and weak stomach, the cooking utensils and tableware used to make complementary foods should be separated from those of adults to ensure the healthy diet babies. This set of coated non-stick pans is specially designed to make babies' complementary foods with Healthy Complementary Foods as its core to better protect the health babies. The bright-colored and adorable appearance of product endears itself to babies.
