Tape for Bruce Tao
The background of this design is that designers observed when people use tape, they often cannot find the tape cut where. The observation of subtle problems is what designers want to create. So they used gradient colors instead of traditional scotch tape. After the user uses the tape, due to the gradient, the tape incision will form an obvious color difference. The next time the user can easily find out where the tape cut is.

First pick up the tape. Second, look for areas where the color difference is very pronounced. Third, use tape. Finally, after using the tape, the tape incision and tape will directly produce obvious color difference, convenient for people to find, so that the next use is more simple.
In the past decade, the production of rubber belt has maintained an upward trend, with the output rising from 10.03 billion square meters in 2007 to 21.86 billion square meters in 2016. The industry scale is expanding continuously, and the market prospect is broad. In such a large market, a tape that solves pain points is very promising.
I get my inspiration from gradient.Tape is a stationery that many people often use.Because the tape is too thin.Everyone who uses tape has a problem with not finding the cut.We combine the principle of gradient with tape. You can easily find the tape cut through the color difference. Our motivation was to design a tape that was easier to use.
