The beautiful curvy shape of Courbe vase, is made of two tubular metal pipes by innovative technique that bend and clamp two pieces of metal pipe, which is a pipe within another pipe at the same time without any welding process, producing a unique flower vase and also serve as a diffuser bottle. The two tone color coating of the pipes, black and gold, enhancing a sense of luxury.

Unique Properties

Production Technology
During the production process, the design and manufacturing team worked hard, because the thickness and strength of different metal pipes will cause many variables in the clamping method, and the difference in the clamping operation point will also cause completely different results. Therefore, the entire experiment The working hours with the trial production exceeded 1,200 hours.
Design Challenge
The fragrance diffused vase exists as quietly as a sculpture. Its simple lines and elegant posture make it impossible to look away from it. Its structure is simple at first glance, but there are no solder joints in the metal pipe, and it is only fixed by the clamping and bending method. In addition to the beauty of each diffused vase, it also contains the brand's uncompromising, breakthrough and pursuit of perfection. The vase can hold essential oils and spread out the favorite scent by spreading the incense sticks. It can also be used as an exquisite flower vessel to provide a beautiful experience for the senses.

Inspiration
Taking the traditional sheet metal bending process as the starting point, finding ways to break through the traditional limitation on bending sheet metal technique, different shapes and materials taking into account to search for new dimension on metal bending technology in order to create new shape and form, tubular metal were tried.
