Design Challenge
The most challenging part was the structural design. According to the self-locking function of mortise and tenon structure, a new one was innovatively designed, which realized cruciform furniture's disassembling role and firmness. The presentation of its structural form and the perfect integration of contemporary aesthetics!
Project Duration
The project started in September 2020in Hangzhou and finished in September 2022 in Hangzhou.
Operation Flow
Open the product package, and assemble the product in 2-3 steps; the operation is very convenient, you can experience the fun of assembly, and the completed product is solid and durable.
Research
Nowadays, the post-90s have low income, small living spaces, love online shopping, move frequently, and pursue a certain quality of life. They need flexible, space-saving, easily accessible, simple, and stylish furniture to improve their quality of life. It is made of a traditional tenon structure, Free assembly, easy to solid, without a screw; the beauty of its design shows the wisdom of their predecessors, leg modeling refining in the Ming-style coupons coupon mouth shape, inside the circle, the form of the United States embodies the ancients aesthetic. Inspiration

Therefore, this group of people needs to realize the disassembly of furniture through clever mortise and tenon structure, and at the same time, versatile furniture products in line with contemporary aesthetics to improve the quality of life.

Cross Furniture Removable Coffee Table has been a Silver winner in the Furniture Design award category in the year 2022 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition.
