Interior dimensions regarding window and door interspaces are calculated to make it possible to use identical perforated sheet metals for the ceiling and identical FRP(fiber reinforced polymer) side panels created from the same mould. Tempered glasses next to doors are textured with the icing process and enlightened with the LEDs inside the hidden canals. Seat material is PP GF25(HL1-HL2-R6) to reduce the weight. Seat base and back supports are coated with nonflammable fabric. Exterior nose design is FRP and other side shells are composed of sheet metals. Some places are coated with blue textured stickers special to railway applications.
The main aim is creating a modern look by using cost-effective methods and catching a harmony between interior and exterior design that both give the feeling of a cool iced atmosphere.

Imagine entering a train with sweat on your neck and luggage in your hands from a very hot weather. As soon as coming inside, the relaxation of the cool breeze coming from the air condition catches you. Isn't it great if you also visually feel the cool atmosphere inside? At this point Mod-Ice aims to visualize a cool and relaxing sense to its voyagers in a modern way. Dynamically moving ice cube patterns creates an abstraction of a cool airflow.
